8.1.3 – Convection condition

In the same way we have written the prescribed flux condition, we write the convection condition. Therefore, we find an equation to evaluate the temperature of the fictitious volume. When this equation is applied on the adjacent volume it returns the convective flux at the interface.

Below we have the equations for the internal fictitious volumes with convection parameters, (T¥ e h¥), prescribed.

(8.1.3.1)

And

(8.1.3.2)
So

(8.1.3.3a)

(8.1.3.3a)

(8.1.3.3c)

(8.1.3.3d)

(8.1.3.3e)

West face:

(8.1.3.4)

And

(8.1.3.5)
So

(8.1.3.6a)

(8.1.3.6b)

(8.1.3.6c)

(8.1.3.6d)

(8.1.3.6e)

North face:

(8.1.3.7)

And

(8.1.3.8)
So

(8.1.3.9a)

(8.1.3.9b)

(8.1.3.9c)

(8.1.3.9d)

(8.1.3.9e)

South face:

(8.1.3.10)

And

(8.1.3.11)
So

(8.1.3.12a)

(8.1.3.12b)

(8.1.3.12c)

(8.1.3.12d)

(8.1.3.12e)
