8.2.2.1 – Contravariant velocity at the boundary (Outlet condition)
In such cases that we have outlet boundary conditions, we evaluate contravariant velocities at the boundary doing a mass balance at the adjacent volume to the fictitious volume, and it is given by:

Therefore, at the boundaries we have: East boundary:

West boundary:
		(8.2.2.1.3)
North boundary:
		(8.2.2.1.4)
South boundary:
		(8.2.2.1.5)
It is important to remark that the indices of Eq. (8.2.2.1.1) to (8.2.2.1.5) are related to volumes at the boundary of the physical domain and not the fictitious volumes.
