CFD Grid Editor

CFD Grid Editor is a software to edit two-dimensional meshes using friendly point click approach. This editor can also be used to complement other software developed at SINMEC, like the CFD Studio and TransCal (Heat Transfer educational software).

The main characteristics of CFD Grid Editor are:

  • Generation of non-uniform Cartesian and polar grids;
  • Interactive edition through the mouse (refinement, modification, addition, subtraction of nodes);
  • Grid import and export in the format adopted by the software TransCal and CFD Studio;
  • Available for the following platforms and systems: MS-Windows 95/98/NT4.0/2000; Linux i386; FreeBSD, SGI (Silicon Graphics); Sun (Solaris) and IBM Aix;
